Anna is a legal secretary who has just arrived home a little earlier than usual after a bad day at work. She enters her house, and is startled by a hand on her shoulder. She spins round to confront an intruder. She demands to know what he is doing in her home and tells him to get out. The man isn't having any of that. His intention had simply been to rob her, but now that Anna has come home from work unexpectedly, he decides to have a little fun while making sure she cannot summon the authorities. He makes Anna remove her clothes until she is wearing only her bra and panties, then she is taken down to the basement and made to lock her own wrists in metal cuffs. A chain, attached to the cuffs, is pulled up to raise Anna's arms above her head. She complains about how cold the basement is as goose bumps form on her skin. The intruder secures Anna's legs together by winding duct tape around her ankles before climbing the stairs to finish robbing the house before leaving her trapped and frozen in her basement.
