Clips4Sale purging videos
I see that the staff at C4S has so far removed about a hundred of my forced stripping videos, with more likely to follow. While I am not 100% sure, I think they have also purged some bondage videos. I have made a note of the number of files in both stores now and will certainly be aware if they remove any more. Whatever they do, remember that all videos are available in the bibpurchasestore.com
I realize regulars to this forum are already aware of this, but I am drawing attention to it for the benefit of any newcomers who visit.

Re: Clips4Sale purging videos
I'm currently seeing 3010 clips in studio 33391. You reached the 3000 mark on 30th November and have added 12 since, so hardly any difference. Of course, you will have more information... Fingers crossed.

Re: Clips4Sale purging videos
The actual number is now 2,776. I don't know what they plan to do about the titles that have no videos attached. I know I'm not tidying it up for them. If they do nothing, they'll have to deal with all those irate customers demanding videos they want to buy and can't.
This no doubt affects some hundreds of the 3,000+ bondage stores on C4S. I imagine there are a number of upset producers just now, especially if they rely only on this one platform for sales.
As I intimated the other day, Bound2Burst seems pretty safe; they have removed no files at all from that store.

Re: Clips4Sale purging videos
I just did a search for Natasha Flade and her studio, Centaur Celluloid, and when I click on any title in the search results, I'm redirected to C4S's store index.
What I don't get is why they aren't leaving studios with model release forms alone. Wasn't that the whole idea behind the creation of 2257, to create a clear and visible distinction between legit productions and revenge porn?

Credit Card companies are starting to crack down. My Only Fans sites have been rejected by my Credit Card company as possible scam/fraud site, suddenly, after months of use. Clips4Sale has also been flagged as a Scam/Fraud site by the company. They have not gotten to Dave, yet!
Re: Clips4Sale purging videos
Well, my card is working. However, newer problems arise. In Congress, two senators, one Democrat and one Republican, have introduced a bill called the Stop Internet Sex Exploitation Act, or SISEA, onto the floor for debate. Basically, it started with Pornhub's failure to stop the posting of some sexual-exploitation videos from posting on its platform. With the investigation still in progress, Congress is now rushing through legislation to "better regulate" or micromanage the sexual video industry.
The regulations outlined in SISEA are 1) users who upload pornographic material to a public website would need to verify their identity with the site 2) every person in the video would need to sign and submit a consent form 3) Sites would also need to offer 24-hour support services 4) Sites would need to take down reported content within two hours of it being flagged.
Many in the industry do this work as a side job. Therefore, they are not documented. Verifying the identity and requiring the signature of each participant would lead to the possibility of exposure to the real-world of the individual's participation in this field of work. Many would fear losing their regular jobs and be forced to quit the modelling side jobs.
Another hit would be that many platforms feel it is now far easier to remove content than regulate it. Clips4Sale has started changing its categories and removing video content that has been flagged. Other platforms that are in the spotlight are OnlyFans, Reddit, AVNStars, and Patreon. These platforms may be forced to start micromanaging or even removing content of their user, thus limiting how much in tips they are able to collect from fans. Instagram and Craigslist have already banned sexually-explicit material from their platforms, altogether.
Finally, the producers would be required to document, collect, and maintain various records for each video produced. Costs would be driven up which relate into higher video costs for the public. Also, these records must be maintained for audit if the producer is flagged for violation. This means more administration added to the studio which some cannot afford or handle. Many producers will be forced to close shop.
The SISEA bill is only in the starting gates right now. However, with the petition against Pornhub gathering over 2.2M signatures, many feel this is the right time to really hit what they consider the porn industry hard.
Dave, my thoughts go with you. I hope Congress realizes that it has better issues to deal with than targeting this specific area of the industry. What Pornhub did was unconscionable but it has started a ball rolling that I hope does not flatten your studio down in its path.

Thanks so much for all the details you have produced here. It is helpful. A couple of things in my favor:adivie wrote: ↑Thu Dec 24, 2020 12:14 amWell, my card is working. 1) I don't produce sexually explicit material (meaning no sex), and if necessary, I can stop showing genitalia if that proves necessary. Much of what I do falls under the category of fetish rather than porn. On screen sexual intercourse is the main issue here. I have always avoided it.
2) Models already sign a release using their real name, address, and various other verified information which has been a legal requirement for many years. One must know their age! This information is stored securely, and off-line, and would only be submitted in response to a legal request made by law enforcement or the IRS for tax purposes. No one else sees it. The dates of these agreements identify which videos they relate to. Anyone operating without securing this information is breaking the law now.

Re: Clips4Sale purging videos
The good news is that the purge seems to have stopped, very soon after this thread was started. I've lost about 120 forced stripping videos and perhaps the same in bondage videos. The vast majority of these are on my own websites, so nothing is lost really. Based on C4S sales figures so far this month, it seems to have made no difference.
Going forward, I shall have to make different teasers for C4S and the main Beauties in Bondage website in some instances, with only the latter showing any knock-out or other, supposedly threatening scenes.
I was once asked why I waste time maintaining a store and a separate website, because of the amount of extra work involved. The answers:
1) Stores may come and go but the main website remains;
2) Stores are inspected by banks for content that violates this rule or that rule, but the main site is not. It isn't listed because it does not engage in direct selling. Within reason, I can post anything I like on it.

Brilliant move! Nice loophole find.
Re: Clips4Sale purging videos
I visited the Clips4Sale recently. It had been a few weeks since my last visit. I was utterly amazed at the purging on the site. My favorite category is, of course, Bondage. However, most of the clips in my search turned up compliant women wanting to be bound. COME ON! GET REAL! Even if the table do get turned, the woman should not appear to want the bondage situation in the first place. Let us make seem somewhat real. None of your models have been hurt during filming.
