I have yet another person accusing me of cheating them out of their videos because they used their store account as a library. I don't know how many times I have to say this, but store downloads are not intended to serve as your online storage area. I offer no guarantee that these items will remain available indefinitely. If the day comes when I shut down my stores, there will be no recourse for you. So, once again, download your purchases and store them safely. I recommend having at least 2 backup drives in case one fails, in which case you can replace it and back up your files again.
Let me be perfectly clear about this. Writing to me in the future to request a re-supply of the videos you have lost because of your own negligence will get you nowhere. If I can preserve these files, then so can you.

Re: Using the store as a library
Well, I have never really been one to trust the Internet to save and store files for me. I have files on Google Drive and other platforms but I have copies of those files safely stored locally with me. Same goes with your videos. However, it does bring up a slightly interesting story from my near past when I had purchased several videos from C4S. I had the videos stored on an external hard drive, only. Your videos were on my computer and the external hard drive. Anyway, I purchased a new computer for the wife and I because our Mac was eight years old and showing its age from years and use. The wife wanted me to import her Mac files to the new PC. Well, easiest way was to use the external hard drive and (why I did it I will never know) I reformatted and deleted all folders on the device. Problem was, it did not hit me until I had started copying the Mac folders to the external device that it hit me as to what I had done. I was able to restore my BnB videos just fine as the copies were still on my laptop. My other C4S purchases were gone. I sent an email to the C4S site explaining my situation. They were nice enough to resend my previous purchases, along with a few snide remarks about keeping the wife happy, to me. Anyway, lesson learned. Videos are kept in multiple sites now so if one goes down, I do have my backup, hopefully.
