Tabitha has driven over to see her neighbor to complain about his habit of parking his numerous vehicles along the boundary of her property, effectively blocking her access. When she threatens to have his vehicles towed, the neighbor knocks her out. He drags her unconscious form into the house and ties her up, tape gagging her to make sure she can't start shouting when she wakes up. When she does at last recover, her captor tells her that he is going to take her vehicle back to her house and put it in her garage so that no one will see it parked anywhere. Tabitha is left struggling with her bonds, hoping that she can get free before this crazy guy comes back, but despite her very strenuous efforts, the ropes are too tight for her to wriggle free. She is still firmly bound and gagged when her captor returns to torment her some more, telling her that she is going to be staying with him for a very long time.
