well here is a simple question:
just the way we have a bondage website, we have a website where all these models urinate, sometimes in their panties or pantyhose even.
the question here is doesn't the pee stink/smell bad? i mean obviously it smells bad like poop, how are the actresses able to endure and tolerate the rotten smell of pee, don't they wear surgical mask to avoid that stinking smell?

You write as if the models are made to do this. Usually, we start the first shoot with bondage and/or stripping, and they volunteer to do the pee desperation content. Nobody forces them. They're happy with it. Obviously, it repels you, as it does many people I'm sure, and that's why I have separate websites for the different types of content. The desperation content is way more lucrative than the bondage, but I like filming bondage content too. If you don't like the pee content, I suggest you don't look at it.
