... because it contains threatening language or pleas for the assailant to stop... like almost every story bondage clip. Here's part of their statement:
"We require that all stop requests [by the model] are immediately complied with (No, stop, please, etc.), and there are no threats made regarding weapons in any clip."
Meaning that, now, you can't even do these things verbally. So, this movie has joined the ranks of those shown on the page "Only Available Here".

Soon, all of your future videos will end up in the "Only Available Here" category.
Re: Jasmine's "Hiking Into Trouble" has been banned on Clips4Sale
I saw on Borderland Bound's page they had several other clip store options, not sure if they are UK or what. Didn't really explore them, but I'm guessing other producers are seeking other options as well.
Re: Jasmine's "Hiking Into Trouble" has been banned on Clips4Sale
Most of the producers I know are going to alternate options rather than relying solely on Clips-4-Sale. Dave is not the only one with an "Available Only Here" category.

Do you mean their membership site and Loyal Fans subscription site?
Their IWantClips and ManyVids stores only have a small number of clips, and nothing different from their C4S offering, as far as I can see.
I guess they could be looking to the future, but will IWC and MV be any different in the long run?

This is why I maintain my independent stores. So far at least, Verotel doesn't seem to have any problems with the content, although they do state that some things (weapons, chloroforming) are not allowed. However, after inspecting my sites when I first set them up, they have not scanned them again, to my knowledge. I assume too they are a little more lenient because they are based in the Netherlands, and while they must adhere to EU regulations, they don't seem hung up on things the way American banks and companies are. For example, when setting up my stores, I explored the possibility of a U.S.-based payment processor, and bloody hell, the hoops one would have to jump through, including an inspection of my home to make sure I was actually making videos there, and not just laundering money. They were so invasive that I dropped the idea and began looking elsewhere. I had some problems with a potential company in the U.K. too, though not as serious. When I found Verotel, it was like a breath of fresh air. They handled almost everything, including incorporating my company. This means it operates subject to European laws and not American laws. This may ultimately be a life saver.
