He also slides his hand up between her thighs, rubbing her. Jessica looks distressed by this attention, but there is nothing she can do to prevent it. In front of her stands a bed, with the promise of things getting even worse in time. All she can do is sit there and take all this unwanted attention.

Filmed in the autumn of 2014, The Cult was assembled from a series of four different shoots. It was exported at 1280x720 pixels, the standard resolution of the time. I looked at completely reconstructing this story from raw data to re-release it, but then discovered just how many layers of work went into creating it. Everything gelled so perfectly that I decided not to mess with it. Instead of starting from scratch, the best quality Quicktime copy was imported into Final Cut Pro where the pixels were stretched to 1920x1080, the picture was sharpened, and both color and audio were enhanced. Noise reduction software cleaned up the picture where needed, resulting in a nice-looking product, presented here in MP4.

Original description: Jessica's car has broken down on a quiet country road. She has no cellphone signal, so in order to get help she has to walk. She finds her way to a remote house and knocks on the door. No one answers. Normally, Jessica would not have persisted, but she had seen no other properties and is completely stranded. She tentatively tries the door. To her surprise, it is unlocked. She pushes the door open a little way, calling out "Hello?" Once again, there is no response. She walks into the house and finds herself in a room with the skeleton of a man seated in a chair, surrounded by the skeletons of various creatures. This strange sight makes her uneasy and she starts to think that entering the house was a mistake. She is about to turn and leave when a gloved hand clamps over her mouth and she feels an arm snake around her waist. She struggles and tries to cry out in alarm but the sound is stifled by the clamping hand. A chilling, sepulchral voice speaks in her ear: "You should not have come here. Don't struggle." Forced down onto the floor, Jessica gets her first look at the dark acolyte who has captured her. She is almost too terrified to move as he produces rope from beneath his cloak and begins to tie her wrists together behind her back, warning her: "If you want to live, don't struggle." Later in the day, Jessica's friend Sinn Sage arrives looking for her, having found her abandoned car close by. She too falls victim to the dark acolyte and is tied to a chair and gagged. Later, she is taken to an old abandoned building where she sit alongside Jessica, both of them bound and gagged. The next day, Cadence, a nosy reporter looking for a story about the Cult of Asmonday, is also grabbed and made a prisoner. Now there are three women ready for the sacrifice; only one more is required in order for the ritual to make Asmonday flesh to be performed. The fourth is supplied when Detective Jasmine St John arrives in search of the missing women. The Dark Acolyte ties her up but she manages to get free and is about to escape to get help when she comes face to face with Amber, the High Priestess.

Jessica struggles desperately to escape from her bonds, but the tape has been pulled tight and will not give at all. As hopeless as it may seem, Jessica must keep struggling in the hope of freeing herself before sundown - who knows what may be lurking in those woods when it gets dark.

Jessica has been carjacked by a man who wants to keep her and have some fun with her. He makes her drive to his house and orders her out of the car. Jessica makes a run for it but the man is after her like a flash, bringing her down hard on the ground. He picks her up and she struggles and fights and carries her indoors, dropping her down on the floor. He pins her down and ties her hands behind her back. To shut her up, he stuffs a cloth into her mouth and uses white duct tape to keep it there, then turns his attention to tying her ankles together. He tells her that he is going to freshen up before having fun with her, and in his absence Jessica manages to untie her feet and make a run for it. The man hears her and gives chase, grabbing her before she gets far. Her throws her back over her shoulder, her legs kicking, and once more carries her indoors. More cautious this time, he re-ties her ankles, placing the knots where she can't reach it. He ties her knees together and again goes to freshen up. Jessica struggles for a few minutes in a desperate attempt to escape, but the man is soon back. He tells her some people are coming to see him so he has to move her to a safer location. He picks her up and carries her back to her car, even securing her seatbelt before driving her to another location. There, he carries her into a dingy room and ties her to a chair. He promises to come back for her later and departs, leaving a frantic Jessica desperate to get free.

Jessica is ready to go out for a fun evening and climbs into her car. Before she has a chance to even start the engine, she is pulled out by a man who presses a cloth over her nose and mouth. Once she is insensible, he lifts her into his arms and carries her around to the bath of the house. He has already placed a chair outside of her to sit on, and while Jessica remains insensible, he ties her wrists behind the back of the chair. As he is securing her legs, Jessica awakes and is about to call for help, so he has to improvise quickly and gag her with a piece of rope. He finishes tying her to the chair, making sure she is secure, then he goes away for a minute or two, leaving her to struggle. He returns with a ball gag, removes the rope from her mouth and stuffs the ball into it, tightening the strap at the base of her neck. Now Jessica can't even speak. She struggles against her bonds, but when her captor returns with a stool to sit on and watch her, she realizes that he will not permit any attempt to escape. All she can do is sit there, tied up and gagged, under his watchful gaze, waiting to find out what he plans to do to her next.

When a criminal commits a crime, especially white collar crime, he always wants to take some kind of insurance to ensure that he has a bargaining chip in the event that the authorities track him down. The computer record heist at an armored security company's offices, reported in the news only yesterday, is no exception. The perpetrator had his hired help take the girl on the front desk as collateral, in case things went bad. He seems to have got away with it, but still, he can't just let the girl go, at least not yet. His hired help has driven her into the woods, and lifts her out of the trunk of his car to carry her deeper into the forest where she can be kept prisoner far from any prying eyes. The girl is both handcuffed and shackled, and has duct tape stuck over her mouth to keep her quiet. She is carried far into the woods until her captor feels it highly unlikely that anyone will come across her by accident. He removes one handcuffs bracelet and pulls the girls around around a tree, re-securing her wrist there. He wraps a chain around her body and the three, positioning it to pass above and below her ample breasts, making them look even bigger, then uses a padlock to hold it in place. He gropes the girl a little, wishing he could just have her for himself, but those are not his instructions. He leaves her alone, restrained in such a way that she cannot hope to escape. Now it's just a question of how long she will have to stand there, alone in the forest, helpless.

While he may be paid to just keep her on ice, her captor is not averse to pulling up her skirt. He is delighted to discover that she is wearing thigh high stockings and says he will go and get his camera to take some photos of her. Jessica continues to struggle but she just can't seem to make any progress on her bonds. When her captor returns again and lays down beside her, feeling her breasts, she knows she is really in trouble. Jessica is a detective sent to the house of a known perpetrator who has been involved in a number of jewellery thefts, and she is to bring him in for questioning. He allows her to enter his house, and Jessica even manages to handcuff him successfully. When she asks the whereabouts of the jewels he has so recently stolen, he tells her to look in the silver box on the table. When Jessica opens it, a device is triggered. There is a momentary flash followed by a cloud of gas which she inhales. Everything starts to swim and she falls to the floor, oblivious to the world around her. The perpetrator rummages through her jacket pockets and locates the key to the handcuffs. He unlocks them from his own wrists and immediately places them on Jessica's. He retrieves several zip ties and secures one around her crossed ankles, then uses the second to connect her ankles to the handcuffs. While this is going on, Jessica recovers and realizes what is happening. When she begins to struggle, the perpetrator gags her with duct tape. Jessica struggles frantically against the handcuffs and zip ties, even though she knows there is no chance of escape. After a while, the perpetrator decides he wants to make some changes and presses a cloth over her nose and mouth to subdue her again. While she sleeps, he undresses her, leaving only her panties in place, then he starts to tie her up with some red rope. By the time Jessica recovers for a second time, she is already in a hogtie and trapped again. The perpetrator cleave gags her and leaves the room. Jessica struggles but can't reach any of the knots holding the ropes in place. But there is some hope; she spots a phone on the table and works her way over to it. She manages to drag the phone off the table, but before she can use it to make a call for help, the perpetrator returns and takes the phone away from her. He picks her up and carries her back across the room, then sits down on one of the armchairs so that he can keep an eye on her until some of his buddies arrive, then the fun will really begin.

One of the men then holds up Jessica's hair while the other wraps duct tape around her head, sealing her mouth shut. They then do the same to Jasmine. When the girls refuse the lay still, the men decide to add another zip tie to each and place them both in the hogtie position. Now they really can't go anywhere. The two men settle down to await the arrival of their target. Jasmine and Jessica are horrified when they hear one of them say that it may be twenty-four hours for the target arrives home.
