Time for a spring sale: Saturday May 15th
Tis that time again. For one day only, all bibpurchasestore.com prices will be 50% off. The sale will start at 8 a.m. Eastern Time, or 12 noon UTC. It will run for about 36 hours, until 8 p.m. on Sunday May 16th. This allows time for folks anywhere in the world to take advantage of the sale.
Re: Time for a spring sale: Saturday May 15th
Would a little extra publicity be appropriate, nearer the time?
Re: Time for a spring sale: Saturday May 15th
Of course a LITTLE publicity would not hurt!

Please feel free, both of you. We're close enough now. And thank you.

Notwithstanding Twitter being 'a pile of shit', I have posted details of the sale just now.
Will remind the forgetful ones tomorrow...
I hope you've brought in extra server power to cope with demand

So you saw that. Impulsive response to it repeatedly failing to load my content. I'm sure I should not bother with it at all.

I do not know how GB2691 is doing with his shoutout. I imagine much better as he has a larger following than I on Twitter. However, my Twitter and Facebook have been getting LOTS of views and Likes. Hopefully, this can translate into some positive potential for the site.

I'm sure it will. Thank you for your efforts. At the moment, sales are flat because everyone knows there is a 50% off sale coming, so why buy now? It's what usually happens. If I announce the sale later to avoid a pre-sale slump, I get irate messages from the people who missed it owing to the short notice.adivie wrote: ↑Fri May 14, 2021 8:59 amI do not know how GB2691 is doing with his shoutout. All the more reason for people to keep up-to-date on this forum, then.
That, and the insightful, pertinent and often hilarious posts of the regulars.
