Claire has been a keep fit fanatic for years, but she is always on the lookout for something to keep things more interesting. She sees an advertisement where she can join a new group who have an unusual method of performing workouts; the exerciser has to struggle against bondage in an effort to get free, thereby working lots of muscles they barely knew they had. When Claire arrives, the guy seems nice enough, explaining everything and quelling her doubt. He places her in a hogtie and instructs her to get free, which she does. He stakes her out on the ground outside and gives the same instruction. This one is harder and Claire is defeated. In her third tie up, Claire is bound to a tree and given time to free herself. This she achieves with growing expertise. The group leader suggests that she go back to the stake out position, this time handcuffed to a bed, telling her that this is her weakest position and she needs the practice, and of course, the exercise. Once Claire is firmly cuffed by the wrists and ankles, she is finally told that things are not what they seem, that the truth is very different from what she was led to believe. Rather than providing a new exercise regime, the set up is designed to lure in fit woman who are restrained and kept prisoner until a buyer can be found. It normally does take very long; those fit women are in demand. Claire is horrified and struggles against the cuffs, but it's no use. She is gagged to keep her quiet as negotiations for her future commence.
