Without Her Testimony: Part 1 - Claire Irons

Claire is a police officer instrumental in catching criminal Ricky Smith and bringing him to justice. Naturally, the creep managed to get out on bail, and should be attending court today. Claire is waiting for the call to tell her to come in and be prepared to testify against the creep. When the call finally comes, she is relieved that the wait is over. Wearing a smart dress to impress the jury, she leaves the house and heads for her car. Unbelievably, Ricky is somehow out and running free. He grabs Claire just before she reaches her vehicle and, with a hand clamped firmly over her mouth to stop her calling out for help, he drags her all the way back to the house. Inside, he throws her down on the floor and binds her wrists behind her back using duct tape. He secures her ankles and thighs in the same way, adding some more tape to pin her arms to her sides. When Claire offers verbal resistance, Ricky pushes a cloth into her mouth and gags her with duct tape, then enjoys himself pulling her dress up to fully show off Claire's lingerie, something she had been wearing to make her feel good while doing the unpleasant task of putting this asshole away.

Ricky leaves, seemingly confident that Claire will not be able to testify against him now. However, never one to be easily defeated, Claire pulls hard against the duct tape until she loosens it just enough to slide her hands free. She untapes herself and calls her colleagues at the police station to explain what has happened. She demands that a car with officers comes to collect her to take her safely to the court. She changes into fresh clothes and waits for the police vehicle to arrive. She decides to wait outside, but this is a mistake. Ricky has not left the premises after all. He grabs Claire for a second time. Guessing that the cops will be coming, he takes the woman to his car and drops her in the trunk, then drives away. Things will be safer at his hideout where he can keep Claire prisoner until the court case is dismissed through lack of evidence.

We next see Claire in the basement of Ricky's place, being made to remove her blouse and skirt to reveal her lingerie once more. Ricky tells her to sit on a chair, and he promptly zipties her wrists and ankles to the frame of the chair, placing a long tie around her waist to secure her to the chair back. She won't be getting out of this one, he decides. He is curious to know what she was planning to say when on the stand, but Claire refuses to give him the satisfaction of telling him. Angry now, Ricky pushes a cloth into her mouth and wraps microfoam tape around her head, covering her mouth and sealing the cloth in. Now Claire cannot say a word. Ricky tells her she will be spending the night tied to that chair, and that tomorrow he will find something else to do with her. After all, she is going to his his guest for quite some time.
