I have created a new page with the above title. It currently lists five videos that Clips4Sale have banned. There are plenty more missing from their site but finding out which ones will be a chore. I shall update this page when they notify of take-downs, but I don't think they always let me know. Doubtless, the number of titles on this page will surely grow over time.
