Is anyone else experiencing problems downloading their weekend purchases?
I'm not having much luck, but will persevere for the moment...

It's a problem we had a few years ago, which got sorted, somehow. However, the two main stores were updated in March, and since then the issue is back. I have just adjusted some PHP parameters which may allocate sufficient time for downloads. The problem is almost invariably customers outside the U.S., where, I assume, the download times are longer for some people. The vast majority of buyers don't experience the problem, which makes its exact nature hard to pin down.
Anyway, anyone that has problems downloading can contact me and I'll send the videos to them via other means - WeTransfer.

Must admit all mine have been fine just of late.

It must be that crossing The Pond takes a lot out of the data stream that it has no energy left when it gets to overseas countries.
